Pixie with my mother-in-law who passed away in May this year. She had Alzheimers, which got pretty bad (this photo is from when Pixie was just a puppy), but she always loved it when I took Scout and Pixie to visit, right to the end. Strange how she could remember the dogs' names even when many other things eluded her!
